         <description><![CDATA[<p>I assist Western companies with their China product outsourcing so I know that so many of them do not have the right contracts with their suppliers.  What so many people probably don't know is that many of these companies do not understand that they need contracts with their Chinese suppliers.  I always tell them they need these contracts and a lot of the time they just tell me that there is no point because "China does not have any laws."  How can I answer that?  </p>]]></description>
