Beijing Olympics Blog: Specialty Blog Worth Reading

Posted by Dan on April 11, 2008 at 07:02 AM

Until a few weeks ago, I actually thought there was little need for a blog focused solely on the upcoming Olympics. Silly me. For those seeking a one stop blog on China's Olympics, I heartily recommend the Beijing Olympics Blog, which describes itself as "An unofficial look at China & the Beijing Olympic Games." It is nicely done and, hey, it has even become somewhat relevant.

Unfortunately the blog is blocked for us mainlanders

Thanks for the mention Dan, there has certainly been a lot more traffic to the Beijing Olympics Blog since it's "become somewhat relevant" ;)

Alas your link came just before a holiday, so the blog's not been updated for a week. But things are back to normal now!

As for the comment from richard, alas Bob is aware that those on the mainland don't have access without a proxy. If anyone has also solutions, please send them over!

Cheers, Bob

FYI the Beijing Olympics Blog can now also be accessed via www.BeijingOlympicsBlog.co.uk, I don't know if this helps access from the mainland?

Cheers! Bob
