China Med Mal

Posted by Dan on September 7, 2007 at 01:55 PM

The Shanghai Scrap blog just did a post on, of all things, medical malpractice in China. Entitled, "Bad Blood and Legal Remedies," it starts out talking about China's blood supply then evolves into a discussion of China's medical malpractice system, with some additional sources included. According to the post, there is "a quiet but definite trend to establish some kind of medical malpractice system for China."
