China Real Estate By Podcasts

Global Real Estate Radio, which is part of the The International Real Estate Trade Organization (IRETO), just posted a podcast interview with CLB's own Steve Dickinson on Chinese Real Estate Law. The interview mostly deals with how China's new real property law will impact foreign real estate investment in China. Click here to download the podcast.

I note the site also just put up a an interview with Paul Hart, an executive director with Knight Frank Newmark Global, on Chinese [Real Estate] Due Diligence that is also well worth a listen.
