China Forum On The "Secrets of Doing Business in Today's China" -- December 8 In Chicago
The American Management Association is hosting a conference on December 8, 2006 at the Marriott O'Hare in Chicago, entitled China Forum: Learn the Secrets of Doing Business in Today's China. This one-day event will host several well-regarded speakers presenting on China business, including:
- Thomas J. Reckford from the Washington D.C. branch of the World Affairs Council, speaking on "China's Role in the World."
- Trevor Houser of China Strategic Advisory, speaking on "Prospects for China's Economy."
- Dr. Paul G. Clifford of Mercer Management Consulting and Marsh, Inc., speaking on "Competing with Chinese Firms."
- John B. Mumford of Washington Group International, speaking on China's Commercial Environment -- Opportunities and Pitfalls.
- William R. Dodson of Silk Road Advisors and This Is China Blog, speaking on Solving Business Problems in China.
