China IT Law In English And In Chinese
The Law Librarian Blog (at which I am always finding great China source material) recently did a post on the the US-China Legal Cooperation Fund's, China IT Law website, which is "a free and comprehensive web resource for information & technology laws of China, with most also translated into English." According to the Law Librarian Blog, the site's "goal is to provide information on China's IT regulations in Chinese and English, for academics, business executives, journalists, officials and others in the world."
It succeeds nicely.
