New Academic Papers on Chinese Law

ComparativeLawBlog did a post today listing "recent papers on the design and reception of legal institutions in Asia; increasingly a major and absolutely fascinating area for comparative research."  Many of the articles listed are on China and though they all have a very strong academic bent, they do provide good in-depth analysis of various aspects of Chinese law.
