China's Africa Strategy

The China Confidential blog just posted (on February 25, 2006) on China's Africa strategy.  The Post talks about how China's standing in Africa is high and getting higher and how that bodes well for China.  As previously mentioned, China Confidential is an excellent source for up to the minute and very well written China information.  It appears to be written by a Western reporter in China who wishes to retain his or her anonymity.
